CONSEQUENCE OF BEHAVIOUR

Unacceptable behaviours include: disrespect such as rudeness or “bad mouthing”, abuse (verbal, emotional or physical), sexual harassment or stalking, theft, lack of confidentiality, very offensive hygiene, bothering others for cigarettes, money or food, unwanted attention, directed swearing, deliberate damaging of property or inventory, not cleaning up after self

Consequence:

1st offense: verbal warning
2nd offense: verbal warning to leave project for the day/event
3rd offense:  30 day probation
4th offense:  mediation
5th offense:  3 month ban
6th offense: 1 year ban

Exceptions:

• Physical or sexual assault

--- immediate permanent ban

• Willful damage to CIF or members’ property/theft/street drug or alcohol use

 --- 1st offense:  3 month up to a permanent ban
      2nd offense:  permanent ban
