HeretoHelp.bc.ca needs your help to make us better!

Join us for some fun usability testing—it’s less than an hour + an honorarium for your time

HeretoHelp.bc.ca is modernizing itself. We’re looking for some feedback and we need your help! Can you give up 45 min of your time to join Wednesday October 24 or Thursday October 25 (slots available between 10am and 3pm) to participate in making sure our new website is user friendly? You don’t have to have used the HeretoHelp site before. You need to be fluent or nearly fluent in English and need to use the Internet and email daily. We’re looking for individuals who’ve experienced a mental health and/or substance use problem, family members, and mental health and substance use service providers. If you’re interested and available for 45 min (plus travel time for those in Metro Vancouver) on one of those dates, please indicate your interest on our form here: http://bit.ly/hth_UX   We just have to ask you a few questions so we can fill our spaces with a diverse mix of people. We can’t guarantee you’ll be chosen but those who respond sooner will have the best shot. The final group of 10 will receive a $50 honorarium after their session. For those in Metro Vancouver, their local travel (1 hr parking or busfare) will be covered to come to our downtown Vancouver office. Those outside Metro Vancouver would need to respond to some questions virtually between Oct 23-25 and participate in a 10 min follow-up phonecall.
