Come and discover your “Personal Healthy Nutrition & Active Living Plan” at these informative, fun, & interactive healthy lifestyle classes! These classes are co-facilitated professionally by a Peer Nutritionist, Sue Katherine, Fitness Educator, and a Peer Human Kinetics/Personal Trainer – Chris, B.C.R.P.A. Registered and will start with a stretch and brisk walk followed with the topics listed below. The last class will end with a Celebration Lunch! Please find the attached poster for more info.
