Me Too – I have a mental illness, and I’m fine.

“Me Too”

Two simple words, but they can be so powerful.  ‘Me Too’ means empathy.  It means understanding.  When you hear ‘Me Too’ you learn you are not alone.

To someone with a mental illness reaching out for help or acceptance, ‘Me Too’ are words that can heal.  It means someone else hears you and cares.
