As I am first, I thought I’d start with some self assessments to see if you have symptoms of a mental health issue.
The first link I’m sharing is to a general self assessment tool supplied by Psychology Today.
It is a series of questions that can help give you a general idea of what you may be experiencing. Read each question and the supplied answers carefully.
