                                        Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Practice Group
The Community Link Program in conjunction with Services Wide Groups is please to offer a Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Practice group starting Nov 5th to December 17th from 1:15 to 2:45.
This course will be following a similar course content to the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course, however, the focus of the group will be on experiential practice and education related to the fundamentals of a mindfulness practice. This course is most suited to clients that feel comfortable accessing their body and  feel safe to bring their awareness to their senses for periods up to 45 min.
Participants will also be provided with information to connect with free/low cost community resources related to developing a mindfulness practice.
Who: Adults living in Vancouver who have been diagnosed with a mental health condition and have regular follow up with psychiatric support
Where:  #1 Athlete’s Way, Vancouver.
When: Tuesdays, 1:15-2:45pm from November 5th until December 17th, 2013
