  • How to stop letting our past determine our future
  • Embracing balance & the natural ups and downs of life
  • Reframing black-and-white “all-or-nothing” thinking
  • Moving forward and beyond, instead of focusing on getting ‘back to’ how things used to be
  • Stop anticipating future ‘let downs’ and focus on now
  • Aspects of WRAP: recognizing triggers/early warning signs
