Description: Good nutrition is important for maintaining good health, growth and development. Research demonstrates the importance of nutrition in learning, activity, sleep, mood and energy level. For children and youth with mental health issues, developing good nutritional practices is especially important as they may be at heightened nutrition risk. Join our panel of speakers as they discuss strategies parents, children, and youth can use to improve their nutrition.
