Voices & Visions Support Group

Open to those with lived/living experience and their supporters!

Based on the international Hearing Voices Network model, Voices & Visions Support Groups are peer-led support groups that explore living well with voices, visions, and other unique sensory experiences and/or beliefs.

Voices & Visions Support Groups are intended as safe(r), supportive spaces where people can speak openly about their experiences without fear of judgment, exchange strategies and ideas, and build community.
