WRAP at Salvation Army starting June 2019
WRAP is a tool to help people manage their health, well-being and recovery. Workshop facilitators are people living with mental health conditions who truly understand many of the challenges that participants face and provide a supportive and welcoming environment!
WRAP™ was developed for people who have experienced mental health issues but it can be helpful to anyone who wants to improve their well-being.
Topics include:
Wellness Tools: Ways we can stay well
Daily Maintenance Planning: Things we need to do to keep well
Triggers: Events that makes us feel worse
Crisis Planning: A plan to take care of ourselves
